Daren 'DaFishDJ' Herring first hit the decks back in... 1986, playing local hotels and pubs.

DaFish revisited DJing in the late 90's, quickly picking up on beat matching and mixing, favouring progressive house and trance. 

More recently in DaFish sets you will find choons from most non-cheese genres including electro, prog house and trance, his first love.

After moving to Australia in 2004, DaFish came up with the concept of Aqua-Rium. Seeking out like minded performers and writers to work with initial projects included writing with Jess Ozolins (Audio Beverage, Setique) which produced the tracks 'To Be With You - Setique' produced by Shannon Riches (aka I Feel You) which received loads of airplay on Adelaide's Fresh FM and also the soon to be released 'Tell Me (The Truth) - Aqua-Rium feat Leanne Thomas'.

More recently, DaFish was introduced to Kerrin Todd. Toddy has an impressive back catalogue of rock-esque original songs which had had some limited success. The idea was to get together and rework some of these epic songs into electro/dance tracks.

Armed with an impressive array of CDs, Toddy arrived for his first visit to DaFish's ikklefellas studio, fully intending to get stuck into the reworks. As it was, the track which became 'No Use - Aqua-Rium feat. Toddy' was written within half an hour of sitting in the studio for the first time. Upcoming tracks include a rework of Toddys' Black & White, the co-written Never Enough and All Alone.
